“Beyond 5 stars Reference June 22 2026 1156pm Tshirts and fabric paint Online to Instore Dear Valued People With appreciation for the experience and help from three people, who were already busy doing others tasks and helping others, added to other creative journey. Further detail of individual efforts also include The person who was a checkout register, the only open with a person, on June 22 2026 1156pm also helped with finding the right product (s), making sense of layout, found solutions, added value to search, verified prices and then checked others stores, and checkout. Individually and collectively contributing to Exceptional experience Thank you very much everyone Nevertheless this seems an experience indication of support would be helpful for those with shared interest. Simply stated, maybe these people could use some help Michael's corporation and location A limited perspective, and simply stated, If it wasn't for the few amazing people this stuff is sitting on shelves. Details and learning outcomes How can Michaels collaborate in the creative process? Support and expanding Seemingly more people to help - This could be a perspective known to corporate decision makers. Similarly in pervious years which still seems others share aswell, finding someone to help. Distribution and design Michael's Rio Durham Centre (location) - Blank t-shirt seach sorting at this store seems disorganized and in my ignorance of first visit to this location I needed someone to explain to me. Where is signage, beyond the box? Further the top shelf can't be seen whether empty and therefore have to tilt to see . There adjustments to shelf or display such as top shelf tilled toward (so people don't have to tilt the boxes to see or someone has to search for a ladder or stool just to see) Michael's online - Inaccurate inventory, which retail in general - 1 unit left in-stock is questionable accuracy - so I went to the location to verify and it was, confirmed, not in-store. If this was left to the systems and ordered online the order seemingly would not have been fulfilled and then refunded. Further then the other items wouldn't have been discovered and purchased. People made the difference, helping assist and made valued contributions along with utilizing tools and technology Gratitude to those ones for your contributions and to inspring creativity Maybe this is helpful and inspiring in someway Thank you for reading”

“Great place to spend some dough, the staff has so far been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Only giving a 4 star because I hate seeing companies push towards self checkouts, but they will still happily help checkout in person as well”

“This place is so much fun! I have been coming here for just over 2 years now and have made many wonderful friends. The callers and runners are lovely Andy, Jane, Austin, Steph, Al, Tammy, Paul, Patti, Karen and all of the kind charity workers who sell you your cards. Not only has bingo been a great hobby to pass the time, it’s truly about getting in touch with community and catching up with old friends. If you are someone that is inclined to go overboard, once you get a big win… it definitely changes things for you so be cautious with your spending- just bring enough to enjoy yourself!! Also, bring lots of drinks and snacks- you will need them 😉🫶🏻”
