“Today I was in extreme pain and given a prescription by the emergency physician at the hospital to ease my severe pain. I was told that I can only get this from a compound company. I visited Mesa’s Compounding Pharmacy in Pickering. While in obvious pain, I handed my prescription to the Asian girl. She looked at it and said, “So, this will take 2-3 business days”. I asked her kindly if there was a way to get this quicker. I let her know that I can barely walk. She responded while appearing annoyed , “Like I said, this takes time. I have to get all the powders and measure them etc. I cannot guarantee anything”. She handed my prescription back to me in a rush. Meanwhile, I am in extreme pain and had just left the Emergency department and was advised that I need this prescription to help with my pain. I called Pickering Village Pharmacy and asked them to please help me because my pain is excruciating. The lady was kind and understanding. She let me know that I can pick it up in a couple hours. The treatment from the two pharmacy’s is like day and night. For better treatment, I would refer patients to Pickering Village Pharmacy. The treatment was above and beyond. I am a patient in severe pain and they helped me in more ways than words can describe. I am forever grateful for your help and kindness.”

“After at least six visits to this store, I can truly say that I have never had an issue; in all aspects this store has been above average. The front desk staff are efficient and very pleasant, as are the dispensary staff and pharmacists. Prescriptions are filled quickly, in some cases in under ten minutes; a text to one's smart phone is a handy notification method while waiting.
Vaccinations are administered quickly and professionally, after scheduling online. Should one have questions regarding a product, in either the larger store or the cosmetic section, assistance is immediately available. The staff are invested in their jobs and are always eager to assist.
