“Funny story….I was actually going to write my review on the Tara lady that the person below me made the review about. He’s not telling the full story on how he was so rude to her yelling and threatening her job. She was pleasant with him and did respond to his questions and was trying to joke with him. He was rude to her and demanding her to do things.
Posts like this really upset me as a regular customer to this store and often interact with this manager. She is always there and usually taking all the customers issues, the same goes with the other female managers. I have never had an issue with her or anyone in that store. She’s always kind to me and many others.
I believe to be treated respectfully you must give respect and that person did not give the respect at all. So maybe he’s the one who needs the training on how to talk to ladies and people in sales.
I’m giving my 5 star review great job to the staff at this location.”

“During the Christmas break, I was looking for a pair of shoes for my father-in-law. At first, I couldn’t find anyone available to help because most associates were assisting other customers. Then, Ethan from the clothing department stepped in and offered his help. He took the time to explain in detail why a certain shoe would be best for an elderly person. Ethan was patient, friendly, and never rushed to make a sale, his focus was on finding the right product for my father-in-law. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding. Thank you, Ethan!”

“The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I was indeed looking for a Christmas gift in a section that I was less than familiar with. The associates at this location were extremely helpful with my (less than adequate description) for a gift for a family member. They directed me to the area, helped me filter the size based upon how the specific brand changes in different selections and helped me decide on the perfect gift for my family during this holiday season. I would definitely suggest and recommend that those in the area looking for comfy and or general wear look to this location for superior customer service and a great selection for any season.”
