When you go to Customer Service and speak to Heather, you have to speak softly, you cankot use your normal voice because for her, that is yelling. Home Depot should have someone in CS who can work faster than Heather and not wo sensitive with normal voice.

The staff at Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. I had to pay lots if visits to Home Depot just for one item but Altaf Biya helped me and solved my problem.I found him good in greetings and understand the needs of client.He is just superb in customer support.
