“I just wanted to say massive thank you to Sierra who stayed on call with me for over 15 minutes whilst answering my questions on the CSA work shoes sold at Giant Tiger, helping me check the stock for sizes and store availability. Great customer service!”
“Deborah and Giselle were wonderful, excellent customer service by Deborah, she was kind and caring towards our purchase and Giselle was very kind. Thank you both ?”
“I would like to recognize your Ajax store manager, Ana, for the exceptional service she provided during my recent visit to Winners.
I live abroad in Abu Dhabi and was visiting Canada, and Ana went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment we spoke, she was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a positive experience. She took the time to help me, answered my questions with patience, and made me feel like a truly valued customer.
As someone who doesn’t live in Canada, her kindness and willingness to help made a lasting impression. It is clear that Ana leads by example, and she is a tremendous asset to your organization.
Too often, customer feedback focuses only on problems. I wanted to take the time to recognize someone who exemplifies outstanding leadership and customer service. Please extend my sincere thanks to Ana and let her know that her efforts were greatly appreciated.”
“On June the second, at Marshalls, in Ajax, I had a great experience with one of the sales associates. Her name was Shab and she was fantastic. She went over and beyond to help me I just wanted to say thank you for that experience. And I will continue to come to Marshall's in Ajax and hopefully get Shab again when I cash out. Amazing girl.”
“Machines are easy to use.
There are cables to connect to your phone, USB A port, CD drive.
However my flash drive was a Type C, the machine doesn't have a Type c port.
I didn't want to connect the cables to my phone so on the advice of the staff, I bought a dual flash drive Type A and Type C. Transferred to my phone via type c then used the type a to connect to the machine.
I was able to print immediately without having to return another day.”
“Great experience at Canadian Tire! The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to find everything I needed, and the service was quick and professional. The store was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend Canadian Tire and will be coming back again!”
“This is one of the best Walmart locations I’ve visited. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I especially want to recognize Harneet. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. She went out of her way to help me and made my experience much better.
Employees like Harneet make a big difference. Walmart is lucky to have someone like her on the team. Thank you, Harneet, for your excellent customer service! ❤”
