I have been shopping for Clarke shoes in a narrow width...we went to soft moc Ajax and Whitby.. the employees didn't even look up when we entered the store. ....Opposite experience at this Ajax location Walking on a Cloud. Every person that entered the store was greeted by very experienced employees and offered help. I was very well looked after and left the store with a pair of shoes and the bonus was, they were on sale. Very pleased with the excellent Customer Service. I will definitely be back

I have shopped at this location quite a few times over the years and spent approx. $1000 over these years, The shoes were better quality at that time and so was the staff. This store has drastically dropped in its Customer Service and staff Knowledge of the brand(s) they are selling. I asked a question in the difference between Gore-Tex and waterproof and I was told "I don't know sir", At an Average of $200 for a pair of shoes your staff should know the brand(s). This was a fantastic place to shop but not anymore. I was told by the store manager that they couldn't help me for a defective shoe where one shoe was slightly larger than the other shoe- They did not want to even help me investigate the issue to see if this was valid, they simply stated that it as day 31 and they cant help me!!! I will not be spending any more money at this store!!! Shame on you for your poor Customer service and not standing by the brand(s) that you sell.

Awesome experience.I give all credit to God almighty for making this experience possible. I called in earlier today to check if the store had any waterproof hiking shoes for men in stock. They did. I came in, and the Manager, Andrew, was fantastic in carrying out his service to myself as a customer. Didn’t shove a lot of “shoe knowledge” down my throat or disregard me, as quite a few customer service reps or manager did in the past. He was knowledgeable of the shoe I needed, was very patient in my decision-making, and made sure that I was confident in making my purchase decision. Thank you so much Andrew!

Went into Walking on a cloud today and had the best experience Thank-you Sulak for being so patient and kind with me. Being a person with disabilities people become very intolerant when trying to fit my swollen feet He was fabulous and Ive got great new comfy shoes. 5 stars for this store and this great salesman. Thank you.

I was in the Ajax store on October 30th. My salesperson Matthew earned a 5 star rating, he was very thorough and helpful. I did however find the manager Andrew condescending towards Matthew which was upsetting to me and seemed unnecessary .keep up the good work Matthew

I recently had an issue with a pair of shoes from Walking on a Cloud. I reached out to their customer service department via email and instantly received a response back. She was very accomodating and allowed me to exchange the shoes in store.I went to the Ajax location which had an enormous amount of selection, all nicely displayed. All the staff were wearing masks and very welcoming while keeping their distance because of Covid19. Julia was extremely helpful in finding my perfect replacement shoes. I must have tried on at least 15 pairs.If you want great customer service and good quality shoes, I definitely recommend Walking on a Cloud in Ajax. I am a forever customer.

A word of caution: Schedule an appointment with a podiatrist FIRST if you’re experiencing any foot problems. The staff is great but they aren’t experts.Save yourself the time, money and energy by seeing a podiatrist first. “Sight N Steps” up at Rossland and Salem offer free consultations, great service and EXPERT advice.

Always have the best service. My family buys all footwear from walking on a cloud Ajax.Today the worst service was given to my family. Customer service person is Susan. Manager is Melissa. If we could give Susan a 0 star it would be right on here.
