Unfortunately, I had a not so great experience in store and did write an honest review. Rick immediately reached out to me and apologized profusely and explained that was not the standard of customer service he endorsed. He listened and thanked me for the honesty. Some teens are having a hard time finding jobs these days and then there are some taking employment for granted.
We are currently living through hard and strange times where how and where we spend our money matters. Customer service can make or break a business in an overly saturated market. So I appreciate how much Rick cared and dealt with the situation, even after it escalated. This is a testament to the type of person and business owner he is. He truly cares about, not only his business, but the community and he serves.
Whether or not I go back is undecided, however, this store deserves the business solely based on ownership. Rick I wish you much success, thank you for your professionalism.
