Dandy Doggy Pet Shop
265 Edward St, AuroraExtremely kind staff! My dog isn’t the easiest pet to groom but I do not trust anywhere else. The admin will ensure my dog is groomed by his usual groomer (Mariela) without me even asking which shows how attentive they are to clients. Since my dog doesn’t allow nail clipping, the staff here were beyond kind enough to coordinate with my vet so that he is placed under anesthesia and the groomers came to my vet so that my dog’s nails can be clipped. I hope from my review you can see that the staff at Dandy Doggy go above and beyond for their clients and these were just a few examples.

PetSmart
15490 Bayview Avenue Unit B5, AuroraIf you need help with your dog, Antonella is the one you can trust!!!
We adopted our 1yr old Shep/Husky mix Ginny on Dec 22nd 2025 and we were a bit overwhelmed with her. Pulling/jumping up on people, totally out of control. We were at our wits end as we'd never had such an out of control dog before. Antonella saw us struggling with her in petsmart and we had a long chat. We signed Ginny up for the puppy and then the intermediate training - WHAT A DIFFERENCE! She sits, recall, no pulling, no manic behavior - it's like night VS day. We even went in for some private lessons for behavior in the dog park. I carry Antonella's business cards and have passed them out to other owners. She cares deeply about the animals and gives great advice on other non behavior issues too.
