Wouldn't allow my 9 year old to use the bathroom in an emergency at 645am. "It's not a public bathroom." I understand that, but have some compassion, you heartless excuse for a human.

Very rude staff, listening to their headphones while dealing with customers. Bad experience last Sunday with a very rude young employee! Manager today did not seem to bother listening to my concerns, very apathetic.

Needed to use the washroom. But was told "there is no washroom here"..how are they using the washroom??
