They even sell baked goods; I'm a lifelong Nanaimo Bar fan and they sell some nice ones that I always treat myself to when I'm making my biweekly or so visits to Concession Street every two weeks or so. “been coming here off and on invariably for years, the staff have always been really cool with me, and they have a great selection of merchandise. what separates this from other Big Bee stores (they were formerly a Big Bee too), is that it has a very neighbourhood convenience store look and feel to it instead of a commercial franchise look and layout like Big Bees and similar franchise convenience stores. my only problem is that due to these changing times there's almost always someone out front of the store bothering customers in one way or another, and it gets a bit sketchy there at night time as a result... this isn't necessarily new for the immediate area but there seems to be an increase... it would be nice if there was a more consistent police presence in the area to move these people along.”

“Shout out to the manager for excellent customer service. Shell Gas cards purchased in December and mailed to B.C. for Xmas gift were not activated. ( even though told they were at time of purchase) I called shell customer service and they could not help; essentially useless . I called and spoke to the manager of the gas station which is now a MOBIL station and without hesitation offered a refund with proof of purchase and pictures of the cards. She also gave us a discount card for our inconvenience. Truly excellent customer service. We will return to this station. .”

“This place is great, always friendly, I love that there a chester chicken in the Food Mart. Anytime I go there I get my stuff I need, Then go to chester Chicken to pick-up my lunch/dinner inside the food mart. If chester Chicken closed, then I walk next door to Queens Pizza. Love how I can pick up the stuff I need and get my food in one place. Hand downs the best Food Mart I've been to. 120% recommend.”

Got to chat for afew moments as they still were preparing orders but made my night. “The workers at this gas station are the definition of trained very well and are people who have experience with a good attitude and how to handle situations and serve the costumers properly. The prices are VERY fair considering the other stations that aren’t shell will rip you off but this shell they make sure to have fair pricing. When I went in I was greeted by a boy who helped me out with what I needed and his name was Jawad. I would 100% recommend going here for good gas prices and top notch gas quality.
