“Arsh Sandhu went above and beyond while helping us set up our new investment accounts. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was always friendly, professional, and willing to answer our questions with thoughtful advice. She was also incredibly accommodating when we needed to change our appointment, even offering to adjust her schedule to make it work for us. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Arsh, for all of your help and guidance in getting this process started. We truly appreciate your support and are grateful for the outstanding experience.”

“I have been using this branch since 2019. Staff is always helpful and serve quickly. I want to mention Maria Lopez she delivers very efficient as she always gives you fast and efficient service. Only thingI observe sometimes only one teller is at the front and if 2 or three customers are in queue then it takes little longer than expected.”

“Given the current political climate it’s difficult to find peace with anxiety all around us and unfortunately this sometimes seeps into our retail culture. I have seen it often and it goes both ways. I am fortunate to have Constanta as my Customer Service Associate at Scotia Bank in Ancaster. Always friendly and approachable, even after serving a rude customer. I appreciate her knowledge and support. Thank you Constanta for your continued customer service.”
