Gregson went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating and went into great detail to answer all of our questions and concerns. Never once felt pressured, dismissed or rushed throughout the entire session. Truly one of the best experiences that my wife and I have ever had with any financial advisor at any banking institution. “Originally gave a 1 star because of a bad experience with the small business manager (I’m sure the branch manager is already aware of their name). They somehow stretched a 4 day process to a 4 month process.But now I will change my review to 5 stars because Kelsey took over and actually made things happen in ONE DAY! Thank you kelsey.
