“We’ve been a client at Scotiabank for a few years now, every Branch is different for some reason, but on the most part they’re all pretty good. This Branch in particular at the Waterdown location, the employees seem to enjoy their employment and always helpful and accommodating staff on hand. Whether it’s in person or the ATM’s available. Plenty of parking and handicap spots right out front. Hardly ever that busy, on the occasions we’ve been there. This is one of our favourite Scotiabank branches to utilize.

My wife and I were looking to make her own single Scotiabank Line of Credit, and possibly turning it into a Joint Line of Credit from Scotiabank between the both of us, sine we both have a Joint Chequing Account together. We inquired to a Financial Advisor at this Branch of Scotiabank Waterdown, ON Branch. We made an appointment online, and our inquiry was followed up with Mr. Willis of this Branch. We first went in, and discussed what we intended to do, and the possibilities of our request to be fulfilled. After about a week Mr. Willis got back to us both, and set up a meeting for the approval of our request, and to come in and listen to all the particulars and sign the necessary documentation. After careful, and detailed explanation, patiently, and Professionally handled, we left this Branch very satisfied, on our requests that were made and accommodated by Scotiabank and Mr. Willis.
Kudos to this Branch, for making their clients comfortable and well serviced.
