“I have been shopping here for almost 40 years,though it's changed ( for the better)in those years,one thing remains consistent, good prices and quality products, now they have their own line,which I find better in many ways than brand names.Clothing,shoes etc, as well as food,is available, close to the downtown area,flyer available online, new sale every Wednesday.I usually go to the one on Cannon st,there's a much bigger one at barton and ottawa mall,but I don't drive,much larger selection of products there”

“My over-the-air antenna stoped working. I tried three different ones via Amazon. None worked. Then I was in Power Deals the other day. There was a cheap one. I thought 'what the hell' and bought it. This antenna works wonderfully.
See.... sometimes things work out okay. (and I don't have to give in and buy a streaming service).”
“I always find the staff at this shop to be very friendly and helpful.The store has a wide variety if merchandise. You can order balloon bouquets and they sell Melissa and Doug toys.”
“Great location. Always reasonably tidy and clean. Pricing is mostly always present in the form of stickers and/or shelf labels. Great selection of merchandise. One star off because a lot of their made for Dollarama food items are loaded with chemicals and colours. Also if you compare things like sodium on a bag of chips from a grocery store, then buy the same snack sized version from dollarama, it has a way higher content. I don't understand the reasoning behind that. They've either researched that their customers repeat buy for a saltier hit, or they're trying to kill off people who eat food from Dollarama. Either way, I stick to organizational items, books and gift wrapping supplies.”

“Was very messy but the girl at the counter said they are so short staffed. Which doesn't help But if customers put things back where they go after opening or looking at things. That may help them keep it clean. I would hate to see what some people's houses look like”

“This store is amazing-Located in a huge parking area, next to the Dollarama Store. It has everything, clothing, food and many other grocery items at competitive, reasonable prices. The staff on hand is friendly and accommodating. They also carry extra large sizes of clothing for the larger people. Sell shirts, sweaters, P.J.’s, coats, underwear, hats, pants, jogging/rugby pants, socks etc. for all seasons. Also carry linen, and bedding needs. Have many refrigerated food items too, milk, butter, margarine, eggs etc. Just like a small grocery/clothing store all in one.”
