“Went inside Jump Plus at Limeridge for a repair as my IPhone . It was frozen for over 4 hours .It was doing an overnight update. I spoke with a very nice sales rep and she guided me to Jay.Jay was fantastic very personable and was able to unfreeze my phone within 5 minutes. A great help to me on this busy Grey Cup Sunday.
