Four days without tv. Wouldn't reccomed it to anyone. Sadly I was told a good product but have found out the hard way.Impossible to get in touch with them, phone calls and emails not answered. Heard so many good things about IPTV apparently this service is NOT the place to get it!”

“I ordered a set of Svetlana 6L6 tubes, quad matched set. My tech installed them. After about 8-10hrs of play time a tube went bad. My tech checked the amp out and tested the tube on a tester and found it was bad. Orderd a replacement and mentioned what we found in the comments of the order. Hayden sent a replacement tube overnight and all I had to pay was the $7 UPS ride. After installing it I ran into another issue and called Hayden and with our discussion was able to rectify my issue. He took the time to help me sort it out and save me from buying another quad set of expensive tubes. He went above and beyond. This is how customer service is supposed to work. The Tube Store and Hayden have earned my future business, no question. Big shout out to Hayden. You rock.”
