“As usual, Michael's had exactly what i was looking for at an affordable price! I always carry a pen knife, except when flying, thanks to TSA. Didn't want to spend a lot once we were. back on the ground here in Canada, and Michael's delivered!”

“Was absolutely worth the drive from Cambridge(especially since I got royally lost- but a nice member of the Hamilton Police service was able to assist me). Selection, awesome. Service, top notch friendly even when pointing out some of my oopsies they were professional and reassuring. They were super prompt at responding to the chat function on their site. Even when helping me- they took the time to acknowledge customers coming in and assured them they'd be assisted.
They don't push unnecessary repairs or upgrades- and he wasn't 100%sure on an upgrade for my super clodbuster- he called his boss and verified my options. Watched him assist a customer with an older model and batteries- he double checked the batteries to ensure if theyd still take a charge - no attempt to not even try and just sell them new ones- very cool to see that kind of honesty and integrity.
Acknowledged my drive time and made sure to triple check that we'd addressed my needed repairs and upgrades (don't tell my gf about those!) Before I left out.

**edit** This is the epitome if small business with top notch service. Due to unforeseen difficulties I was only able to make their 15yr sale with with about 15mins to spare. The store was freaking busy, bu5 the staff still had game face on and were acknowledging any and everyone walking through their door. I've only been 2x before and I walked in to greetings and service that felt like I was long time big spending customer(I'm working on that- don't tell my gf!- it was a great feeling and even more so to see it shared with everyone there. I look forward to continuing my support of this awesome store!!”

It isn't mentioned online but I happily surprised to find out they carry a good selection of Mr Hobby paints and spray cans. There were even a couple Gundam model kits hiding in the basement.”

“We like to visit this particular BIG B location because we almost always find some decent deals in the $5 & $10 bins. The staff are really nice and a young man named Resse went above the call of duty and remained behind a little while while he graciously allowed us to check our comics front and back which is vitally important because every dollar we spend is potentially a dollar lost if we went home and found damage on said books, there is a no return policy and we would be out money on books that we weren't happy with. So we applaud Big B for allowing us the opportunity.
