“Posting this for my brother Keith Moxham:So, I jumped into the HOBBY of RC cars, if you have EVER thought of doing it, I recommend you go to SKYCRAFT HOBBIES. They have 2 locations , one in Burlington, and the other in St Catherine’s , they also created a place for people to go and put their cars on a track. I am about as green as you can get as far as this hobby goes, but Andrew in Burlington, has walked , talked and texted me through, a series of things that newbies run into. The customer support and service is off the charts. I have taken a car I built into the store because I did something wrong, and Andrew or Dale , has walked me through what I did, Showed me how to correct or fix the problem, and sometimes it’s not a quick fix, but they always help me and get it back to running before I leave, many times at no cost to me other then parts, because they SUPPORT THE CUSTOMERS as much as the products they sell. Honestly I have never shopped at the other location, but I run into Kevin The St. Cathrines owner at the track, And he is just as supportive, helping people set up their cars while at the track, helping newbies by giving them tips on how to drive the cars. Going to get , or bringing parts for people . To me customer service and support is everything when I shop. I can’t say 1 bad thing about my experiences with SKYCRAFT Hobbies, but I could go on and on about the good experiences I have had.There should be a 6th star for going above and beyond in the customer support department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Partipated in Photography 101 seminar. Kyle was terrific. Made things practical and easy to understand. Was able to apply instruction for all camera types in the seminar. Very knowledgeable. I will take the other seminars offered. Also very convenient to be able to get product info in the store, following the seminar, if you are interested in equipment or just want to talk Photography.”

“Excellent store with a lot of options for the creative minded, painting sketching, crafts for a little ones. Also custom framing. Sketchbook, cake decorating supplies, jewellery making supplies etc.”

“Staff was welcoming and very helpful - store was clean and well organized - only suggestion for improvement would be having more stock in hand, as we went in to buy candles for a memorial gift for friends (needed 5x but only had 3x in stock) now staff was very helpful in looking into other Michaels stores near by who would have the candles we need, but it would have been nice to get them all at once rather than visit multiple stores”

“I'm so surprised at how good the deals are at Michaels pre-Christmas! The Christmas trees were all on sale and they were pretty too. We had just come from The Bay where the prices of trees were exorbitant. They had affordable options at different price ranges and options with pre-lit trees, flocked trees, and different sizes, although they didn't have any really large ones on display at the time. They had really cute lighting options as well that were all buy one get one free. They were smaller string lights of about 6-10 feet and featured different types of features on the actual bulbs like snowmen, reindeer, and Santa faceplates. They had really neat testers set up in store so you could press a button on a sample string of lights to see what they would look like. The batteries weren't included with these however. There were a ton of other decorations available that were ready to display or ones to customize.”
