“I ordered a pair of shoes for pickup here as they were the only store within the GTA with my size in stock, so I drove down from Brampton to grab them. The experience I had here was like no other I’ve ever experienced at a Sport Chek or even other retail stores in general. The customer service provided was above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. They were friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. The store itself was also gorgeous, with a huge selection and clean overall. I wish I lived closer to here, I’m very pleased with my short little trip here today, made being stuck in traffic both ways worth it.”

“A gem in Hamilton! Thanks in particular to Melissa T. who demonstrated unrivalled customer service, persistence, follow-up, and attention to detail. While my purchase was a small one, Melissa addressed it as though it were much greater in magnitude, and navigated all kinds of unforeseen obstacles with patience and determination; a great experience from start to finish!”

“I broke a spoke on my rear wheel and the owner gave me a replacement for free. I quickly found replacing the spoke was the easy part and truing the wheel wasn't as easy as it looks on YouTube. I phoned the shop and he quoted a reasonable price and said to bring the tire down and he could work on while I waited. I'm happily on the road again before the snow hits.”

“Went here to shop for a pair of hiking boots and was so pleased with my experience! I’ve tried numerous other companies trying to find a size small enough to no avail but this place had exactly what I needed. I’m a bit new to hiking and was nervous going in but the staff was amazing. One of them explained each different boot in detail and asked me about my hiking activities to ensure I was picking the right boot and socks. He was chock-full of knowledge and had no problem taking time to explain it all to me. I will definitely be back! :)”

“I had such a wonderful experience working with Mike! I reached out to him about making shirts for a breast cancer fundraiser, and he responded almost immediately. He was incredibly generous and offered to make the shirts at no cost, which meant so much to us and our cause. He was extremely quick to respond throughout the entire process, made the shirts in a timely manner, and was so friendly, personable, and professional. He genuinely went above and beyond to help support our fundraiser, and we are so grateful for his kindness and generosity. I would highly recommend West End Sports to anyone looking for a company that is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers and community. Thank you so much, Mike!”

“Went to Champs in Lime Ridge Mall looking for shoes i saw online on sale but they didn't have any in my size. So I looked around and ask the young man there to try on 2 different pairs of my regular size and one a half size smaller because it was the only size left of the ones on sale...and that fit great...sold I've been there a few times for my shoes and I always seem to end up going back because they have good deals and are friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks”

“I recently purchased 2 pr of mens sz 42 stretch shorts with zipper from pockets . Very comfortable and decent quality. Looking to try their mens pants through online order but want to ensure their comparable to the shorts and the fit as well as returnable. The shorts I have I highly recommend. I am a 79 yr old so judge accordingly.”
