Literally the most negative staff I’ve ever encountered. Everyone seems miserable, & regardless of how happy & chipper I am, I’m welcomed with nothing but attitude.And this is in comparison to living downtown Toronto, & Brampton! Like you’d think that’s where sour people would be. & Grace in New Lowell PO is by far the queen of postal workers. She’s so sweet & welcoming.I honestly dread having to go pick up packages, because heaven forbid they just be left at my home.

Went here on a Saturday literally 12:00pm they saw me and turned around and walked into the back room. What ever happened to people making an exception a minute or two after closing?

Very lovely people who work there, but I waited 41 minutes in the freezing cold to drop off a package. It really should take this long for an essential business. It a little disappointing as we are new to town, and its a very bad first impression. The people in the line up were super nice and chatty, so at least the community is nice.

The website gives the hours of 1200 but the store closes at 1130, my time just as valuable as theirs. I was going to send a note to tell them to update their website but seeing the notice of a closure for a tornado that happened 2014 I would say that they do not ever update this website. Poor performance Canada Post!

Extremely bad service. Door said open at 9am when I arrived music was blaring and staff were clearly having a good time. I called to see if they could unlock the door because the front door said open at 9am and the lady scoffed at me and said "Times have changed because of Covid19 read the OTHER sign" she then laughed and hung up. I'm feeling very disrespected. I expect at the very least just to be spoke to politely on a a phone call with a professional business. I will be using a different post office from no on :( which is sad for me because I live in Angus and like to support local.
