“I was in last evening and had the pleasure of being served by to amazing ladies, I believe their names are Dianne and Patty. Those ladies made me feel so welcome. Pleasant smile when I enter, answered questions regarding the app, which they helped me get set up and ready to save. I cant wait to go back and have another warm welcoming and feel the positive energy.”
“I was just in getting gas this morning. I prepaid and told the girl the wrong pump number. While I was waiting in line with my receipt the cashier how to deal with an upset, angry, and the most rude person I've ever heard in my life. I told him to take it easy and that everyone needs to learn and the cashier was so patient, pleasant, and apologetic. She literally kept a smile and stayed polite in the face of an absolute idiot. When I got to the cash she immediately voided my mistake on the wrong pump and everything worked out fine. Important for me to make a point of letting the public know about this amazing cashier in training and I will definitely be buying all my gas at Arnprior Canadian Tire. Sadly I did not catch the girl's name but it is her fifth shift at the store and I hope Canadian Tire recognizes her as the amazing employee she is”
