Adam helped find the perfect priced fireplace and set up delivery and install super fast with such short notice. He knows his stuff! Nate and Alex did the install and they were very knowledgeable and made for a seamless install experience. Both of them gave us some great tips. Alex provided us a tutorial of how to use the fireplace. The team was absolutely incredible from start to finish. “There is a great selection of items from all over the world.Thankfully there is no smell of fabreeze! Although they don't get their stock via donations, everything is well priced; the clothes are more unique and way less expensive than other used places.The owners and their lovely cats make everyone feel welcome. I love going there. They are a gift to London.Between the loss of parking and many people with carts and crime, it's a challenge for businesses to stay open in that area. Really hope they stay open and thrive.”

It was a bit of a tricky retrofit, but they were thoroughly professional and did an excellent job. In the end, we have exactly what we wanted, and nothing but good things to say about the service. Heather worked closely with me to thoroughly explain and weigh out all of my options - for mattresses, bed frames, box springs, etc. . This made me feel like I was able to make an informed decision! They had an incredible promotion going on and I even scored a beautiful bed frame at a discounted price because it had a minor cosmetic flaw. Especially during this economy, every dollar saved feels like a breath of fresh air, and I appreciate Heather and Vic doing their best to fill my lungs. However, they tend to be in your face even after letting them know that you are just browsing.If you like something, they pounce on you, babbling about price and trying to upsell all sorts of things so they reach their quotas each week and continuously reminding you that they stock won't last long because they are closing down the store as the owner is retiring after 40 years.Stock seems to be good quality, though a lot is overpriced by a long shot.”

We picked up initial order, which we then found out that we made a mistake and had to go from a double yo a queen. We were fine with an exchange because we needed the mattress today. They had one and they gave it to us for the price of the double.Matt, you were awesome! Thank you so much for getting everything completed for us so quickly. “I have been in and out of the store, trying to find furniture for my son’s bedroom struggling to decide. I purchased online originally out of convenience oneday. When I went to the store again, after being indecisive, I spoke to Sandra and she informed me that my order was due to come in the next week and that I could open the box, make sure I wanted it before I took it home.Sandra texted me the day it arrived. Took me to the back of the store to show me the product. I loved it and kept it. She also helped me buy a bed for my daughter and went out of her way to get another store to send pictures of the product so I would have a better idea of what it looks like in person since it was not on display in store.I am a big lover of structube, many products in my home from this store. They are good quality for the price and great pieces BUT I will remain a loyal customer because of the amazing service Sandra has provided to me.”
