“We wanted an additional “smart” Modern Forms ceiling fan (Vox 38), found it at a good price on The Lighting Shoppe website. After calling to confirm that they are a Canadian business with stores in London, Cambridge & Chatham, Ontario, and that the fan would ship from the manufacturer direct to us (duty included in the price) with tracking, we ordered it on the website. The fan was shipped by UPS and emails were sent with the tracking number. Easily installed by our electrician. Modern Forms fans are whisper quiet, can be operated by an included remote and an APP. Very positive experience, would definitively buy again from this store. Thank you Shuruq for your great help, much appreciated! 😊”

“I needed a light bulb for a fan light. I went to the Hardware store and could not find one that was the right shape and above 40 watt. A customer suggested Living Lighting. I went there and was warmly welcomed to the store. Immediately a light bulb was found for me and it is LED. My problem was solved. The clerk even showed me its brightness. So many of the chains no longer carry light bulbs that are needed for differently shapped lamps and globes. It's an issue. I bought two blubs and was on my way. Living Lighting is the best. Thank you.”

We were in London Ontario and decided to stop in at Ashley Furniture to see what they had in terms of sofa beds.
As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate, Ahmed Alalami who led us to the exact section of the store we were seeking. He showed us several sofa beds and explained their functions and durability with expert knowledge and friendliness. We left the store without being pressured to make a hurried decision. We were informed of the option to purchase the chosen piece of furniture by email. The next day we purchased the sofa bed we wanted and the sale was finalized.

“We were visiting from out of town today and decided to walk in to check it out. Thankfully my sister wasn’t with me because she has scent sensitivities that are no joke resulting in respiratory issues, dizziness, fainting etc. The scent is SO strong when you walk in, which is not something you’re anticipating walking into a home goods store. The worst part was the cash desk is wrapped around the scent station, leaving you no chance to by pass the scent if you want to make a purchase. My husband and I stood in a long lineup at the cash desk nearly nauseous and left after with headaches, it’s horrible. And I just scrolled through many reviews stating the same thing back to ten months ago and nothing has been done about this despite replies saying it would be addressed. Scent sensitivities are very real for many people and this matter should be taken seriously. I didn’t have the heart to give a low star review because the team working were friendly and did not deserve a poor rating. However head office needs to be addressing this and find a better way to display the fragrance line.”

“Had a very engaging customer service experience with Ashley at the Hyde Park Structube. The item I wanted was discontinued. Ashley is an engaging solution orientated representative. We explored options, searched like products on the Structube website and she found the perfect alternative. When she asked if I had shopped there before and I answered noting products that I had bought, she responded “are you happy with your purchase”. I thought that was a caring question to ask.
