Bought a 2023 charger from Aurora Chrysler. Ryan helped me out with it. There weren't many left and he helped me find one that matched the specs I was looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend this dealership

Grand Caravan had no A/C. After diagnostic and finding out the extent of repair needed I chose not to have it done.
I really appreciated Service Advisor Mike Morro explanation of what they found, different options and honesty of what was required to repair it.
This was my 1st visit to Aurora Chrysler service as I have always used the one to the north.
I will definetly return here again in the future if needed.

Always a pleasure coming here, Mike & Tina are great service advisors. Bought my first car 6 years ago and have been doing all of my service here. They take the time to listen to what your concerns are, They are honest, I couldn't recommend them enough

This dealership actually deserves to be out of business, when I towed my car to this dealership to fix it they scheduled me to get a rental car then I paid to uber for 1 hour drive to reach the company to get rental car then they told me I can not give you any car, freaking bad customer service.

I got the oil change here at Aurora Chrysler, I have a great experience with them specifically with Tina and Mike, the best ever customer service I’ve ever had in these years!

I was waiting to write a review a bit, make sure emotions are settled.... but no, I am still full of excitement about the People working in Aurora dealership !!!
Short story - we were dealing with different dealers and luckily were pointed to the Aurora place to fix our RAM1500 baby. Baby was sick and previous "professionals" did not do the job... unfortunately.....,or simply luck of skills.
BIG HUGE THANKS to the team MICHAEL & TINA ! Amazing people, Professional people, people, who listen to the owners and were able to fix the baby! Honest people, no overcharging for nothing!! I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to the team M&T. Of course HUGE THANKS to the mechanics , who did the dirty work (surgeons)...
Overall: WE HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS DEALER TO ALL OWNERS OF RAMs,....

This dealership actually deserves to be out of business and have their licensed revoked from the headquarters of Chrysler which I will contact and explain why but for anyone looking to buy or service their vehicle here I would totally not recommend. Service dept was completely non-cooperative and basically told me to leave their premises while I'm trying to figure out how to proceed with a dead truck due to a refusal of recall service. Not only they would not be trying to comfort but are literally telling me that the truck is now garbage because Chrysler is not making the part needed for the recall service to a 2017 truck. Tried to talk to the manager several times over the phone as he was not present that day, and never was able to reach Mike or ever heard from him back. This is NOT how you operate in this industry and treat your customers. Disgrace to any manners of society, rules and legislation of auto industry. To be continued!

1- In 2019 when I was a newcomer to Canada they gave me an in-house lease for 6.99%. Two month later I leased a Honda for 1%. They used my lack of knowledge. They abused my trust. Be very careful! Horrible attitude and demeanor from top management made the experience even worse!2- The service. I hope you never have to deal with their service center. They’re horrible. The place is a mess. They never follow the appointment they give. Obviously management sucks here!Why can’t I give zero star?
