“My son Ryder has been training with coach Matt for the past 2 years. He was playing AAA baseball and last year made the jump to Elite baseball playing for the Ontario Blue Jays.
Ryder was dealing with on and off shoulder and hip injuries prior to seeing Matt, since training he has had no injury issues. In the past 4 months his 10 yard dash and vertical jump have both improved to be tops on his team. Most important Ryder loves coming for his weekly training with Matt, it is always a positive learning environment for my son, we look forward to continued success with Coach Matt and CrossFit Central.”
