“Love that it's 24/7! It has all the equipment I need and use. Mostly weight machines and elliptical. I like that the elliptical are popular but there's always at least one that's available.I usually go in yhe AM (6-7). The people who go here at the time all work hard at their goals and there is minimal distractions and/or interactions. When I go in the afternoons occasionally it is defiantly a lot more packed and busy. There are a lot of students in the afternoon but they all seem considerate of others and not disruptive.The facility is cleaned daily and it's well kept. I shower most times when I finish my work outs and it's quite clean. There are enough showers and washrooms for others to use which puts less pressure to use.They have phone charging stations, water fountain, lockers, coat hangers, security cameras, and on-site staff during staffed hours.Love that it's so close to my home!”

“I have been to different CrossFit gyms before but Tidal Fitness has been on top of the list! All the coaches are great and they make each class so detailed and fun. Also love the community at Tidal. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start their journey or who is already a pro.”

“ting Toronto for business, our first order of business was to find a yoga/meditation studio! Wow, did my friend choose well! This is a hidden gem! We attended the Candlelight meditation restorative yoga session on a Tuesday night and since it was our first time, class was only $15! After a long day of travel, we were so looking forward to this! We were greeted by a sweet guy who saw we were new and showed us “the ropes” right away! I love the programmable lockers for your belongings and the facilities are clean and spacious. The room is so inviting! They provide yoga mats, boosters, blocks, blankets and even eye pillows! The instructor, Tanya, was so knowledgeable and gentle with her instruction. The poses were very accessible and she offered assistance and modifications where needed. The music and candles really set the mood! Even though the class was full, it was very chill. If I lived in the area, this would be a regular spot for me! If you have the chance to stop in for a class, do it!!!”

“Before I decided to sign up with Coach Mal I was at my worst. I put on 20lbs after pregnancy and even though with all kind of diets and workout I couldn't shed the weight. Coach Mal taught me how to lose body fat by being able to still do what I like, socialize and and still achieve my goal by educating me on how to eat better, guiding me through my workouts and keeping me accountable on my progress. Today I lost almost 20lbs and feel like my old self again. I can't thank her enough for all her support , patience and knowledge throughout this journey. “Just finished 5 months of training at KX, and can happily say it was the best investment I’ve ever made in my physical health!I trained with Sava. His passion for fitness was so inspiring and he was always so generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise.KX delivers measurable results and I was able to exceed my body composition and strength goals with just a few minor diet tweaks and a quality workout program.Very sadly I had to finish up as I moved overseas, but if I ever moved back to Toronto I would be back in a heart beat! Although I was moving on, Sava gave me so much information, form tips and a program to follow so that I have been able to continue successfully on my own. “This gym is fantastic. The concept of not having set class time helped me stay consistent in my training. The opening hours are super convenient for working out around work hours. The 9 station exercises change every day (maybe even more often). I tried very different times, and it's never so crowded that I couldn't train.One other thing I like is the diversity of the people coming to train. All ages, genders, fitness level, really! The trainers will adjust the difficulty level to you.Speaking of the staff, they are the most welcoming and encouraging trainers you can imagine. They are very proficient in either kickboxing, personal training, or both. They listen to my personal goals and are here to help me.I would highly, highly recommend at least to try the free session. It's awesome if you want to have some sweat hitting heavy bags safely, or if you already have martial arts training and you want to refine your techniques while staying in excellent physical condition.”

“Move is not just a gym! It is an inspiring, strong, motivating and connected community. All the coaches are amazing, competent, friendly and ready to push you beyond your limits. It’s a neighborhood vibe. The 10AM open on weekends is a tad late for me but that aside as a community gym with modern undertones it is a 5 star experience.”

The locker rooms, showers and weight room are are kept incredibly clean. “It looks great, but as soon as I actually did a workout here, it got more difficult to sign up. I guess for the price, it's worth it but if you're further away, better to hit a more local gym.The cons:- Poor air ventilation (musty ppl are very noticeable)- A/c doesn't reach certain parts of the gym (gets hot easily)- Crowded in the free weights and Smith machine area (must wait)- No lying leg curl machine- No dedicated stretching area, (no foam rollers either)Some pros:- Many cardio machines, large variety- All Machines are very new and modern- Everything is very clean and well maintained- Staff is helpful and kind- Lots of TV screens around the gym- Lots of lockers and clean change rooms”
