“The best LCBO with very kind behaviour. I have been buying for around 1 year from this shop. They are the best and polite staff. I recommend every customer to buy from this branch of LCBO. Merry Christmas to this shop's manager. 🎄🎄🎄”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa and Todd, they are truly the best! Every visit is a pleasure thanks to their outstanding service. Lisa always has the most thoughtful wine recommendations. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and her warmth and kindness make every interaction feel personal. Her smile genuinely makes your day better! Todd is equally amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to help. He makes sure you feel welcome and looked after. It’s rare to find people who care this much about what they do. Lisa and Todd are a big reason I keep coming back to this location. Thank you both for making the LCBO experience so great!”

“Great customer service. I broke a good bottle of wine outside the store, on the nearest plaza, the manger was so understanding and kind. They gave me another bottle. 🍾 although I know they had all rights to refuse. She made my day”
