“Found them by accident when we were looking for a specific granit. I wish they had come up sooner in google searches. Would have saved us a ton of time! The selection is amazing. So happy with the quality of the product but also the install and professionalism. The gentleman who came to measure and install were fantastic! We've had our counters in about a month. We were even able to get a cutting board out of it for an added piece for hot stuff . Very happy. Definitely recommend this business.”

“I never knew my life needed Italian sheets and Canadian feather/down pillows until I discovered Suite Dreams Home Emporium.
Backstory: I moved into a furnished apartment so I was looking for cheap sheets. I found a cotton/bamboo sheet set at the Salvation Army for $6. Winning!
Then I found SDHE and there was a world of bed linens, pillows, and duvets I never knew was possible. There are hundreds of sheet samples, and dozens of pillows and duvets to choose from. I ended up buying sheets and pillows by an Ottawa supplier called Cuddle Down. The sheets are a “jacquard weave” which has a near imperceptible texture that feels so deliciously subtle and massage-y.
*Warning: there’s lots to buy in the store, but mostly they will order the sheets for you which takes a week or over a month (some sheets come from Italy or Portugal). Also, all sales are final so measure your mattress depth? but they also let you take the samples home so you can see how it looks).

Despite the fact that we couldn’t visit the store in person due to Covid restrictions, Adam was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product that would be best suited for our home. Adam answered our numerous questions through email and phone, and made sure we had everything we required for installation. We made a mistake in measuring our space and originally purchased a fireplace that was one size too big. We contacted Adam and he exchanged our fireplace for a smaller unit with no questions asked, he even personally delivered the fireplace to our home.As well, we had completed a lot of research on suppliers and pricing in the area for gas fireplaces and Burning Log had the best prices by far.Overall, we’re happy with our purchase, the customer service we received, and would definitely recommended Burning Log to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace for their home.”

“Although I do love everything at the Urban Barn Stittsville location, I do find the company’s process of ordering an item online, then waiting until it ships to your local store for pick up, a bit pointless-I was in my local store today, where they have at least 5 of the one item I ordered in stock & available, but I still have to wait for the email that says my item has been delivered to their store for me to pick up -so after leaving the store, I may get home & receive an email saying it’s there & then I have to return to pick it up -the only option I had was to purchase the item again, and then cancel/return the other one when it arrives -Just seems like a very archaic system”

“Went in twice in the last 4 months, and both times we were welcomed very well by their sales representatives. I never felt like they were pushy and trying to get a sale, I really felt like they wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and both times, they did exactly that! Their warranty is also super awesome, if you get it and don't use it, you get that money back as a store credit when the 5 year warranty is over. It would be silly not to get it, everybody wins!”

“We recently purchased 2 leather recliners and a sideboard and had the items delivered to our condo. Unfortunately the delivery men were very careless when removing the items from their truck and bringing them to our door. Their carelessness caused damage to all 3 pieces. We contacted the store and spoke to Julia, the sales associate who sold us the items in the store. Julia listened to our concerns and was sympathetic. She quickly sent us a form by email to complete detailing the experience and outlining the damage. A few days later we received a call from Melissa, the Store Manager. Melissa was very professional and offered to have new items delivered to our home to replace the damaged ones. Structube handled our concern promptly and without any hesitation. Although the delivery process was a disappointment, the company corrected the matter and we couldn't be happier with our new furniture. Thank you Julia and Melissa!”
