“I really struggle with my size in jeans because I’m so tall and women’s sizing is soo confusing sometimes. I’m also very shy and really don’t like to ask for help. Today I went into AE with the same mindset as every other day and every other clothing store.. that I likely wasn’t going to find what I’m looking for but everyone was so nice and helpful.. specifically Karen. She came to me, I didn’t have to ask for help, and when I said I wasn’t sure about my size she worked with me to figure it out! I was soo picky and specific and she found 2 pairs of jeans for me with a smile the whole time. I thought I would be lucky to find one. She even found a third pair while I was checking out. Which I didn’t end up buying. But because they checked most of the boxes of what I was looking for, she thought of me and had to catch me before I left. I just felt so welcome and taken care of! This experience was a big deal for me, if you could see my wardrobe you would understand why. I’m not good at shopping. But Karen made it a very comfortable experience So thank you Karen! A million times thank you!”

They have good deals going on quite often like BOGO half off or a decent clearance section. My kids love the cute critter hoodies and onesies. The clothes are pretty good quality too.”

Ended up purchased several of the cabin socks (the long ones) and flannels for the girls. Chloe was so pleasant and helpful, she made it super easy to be a customer and I was in-and-out in no time! Definitely heading back for that Banff mini bag I saw ?”

The store is tidy and organized and after a few pop-ins for some necessities during pregnancy and after baby was born, I can say that the staff have always been welcoming with smiles, very polite and helpful.”
