I think she may be a manager but one of the employees really needs to learn she works in customer service. Put on your fake smile and live a little. Her whole demeanour was super rude. Get a non customer service facing job if you can’t be polite.

I went in the other day and saw so many super cute things! HOWEVER it was WAY too cold in there I couldn’t try anything on, I was freezing!!!
