“The Old Navy never fails to surprise me. Being a rather aseasonal shopper I hardly find what I'm looking for. And here comes Old Navy's magic in - I always spot something beautiful I wasn't even looking for. Such as baggy drawstring pants, which were on the clearence rack for half price. I bought two in different colors. Last fall I came across a beautiful linen sport jacket. Not on sale. Bought it anyways. At my recent visit I was cheerfully welcomed by the lovely cashier. That was a pleasant and promising start of my browsing journey. Didn't take long to spot a beautiful topcoat beckoning me to try it on. Perfect fit. Surprise, surprise.... on the clearence rack for half price. Not disappointed for not getting another pair of baggy pants in a different color I left happily with my new topcoat. Of course not before being checked out by beautiful and cheerful Lacy. Her male counterpart turned out to be very helpful too. Great customer care. Looking forward to my next visit to Old Navy and browsing through the vast variety of appealing clothing at mindblowing sales prices...”

Helped me out the entire time I was in there (which was a reallyy long time) and I really valued her opinion when deciding on which dress to buy. Super friendly too <3”

“Isabelle is an amazing associate. So helpful so kind and truly provides wow factor customer service.
I spent 35 mins being spoken to by H and M corporate customer service call line like I was a child. Disgusting attitude towards the stores, sales and promotions through their false advertising .
3 different calls 3 different agents and 3 different answers -
therefore spoke to Barrie location directly and got the exact honest answer in minutes and was spoken to with respect and patience -

“Went in to pick up gifts for my bachelorette party and had the best interactions with Donna and her sales associate Chloe! Ended up purchased several of the cabin socks (the long ones) and flannels for the girls. Chloe was so pleasant and helpful, she made it super easy to be a customer and I was in-and-out in no time! My daughter (23 yrs old) and I were at the Barrie Georgian Mall location, my daughter searching for a dress for a wedding she's going to in a few months. The 2 young ladies that assisted us last night were exemplary! They were both so helpful and friendly I was very impressed and so was my daughter! There was a young female customer maybe a pre teen who had play boy bunny clothes in her hand.... I don't think Spencer's should allow kids in the store... There should be an age limit.”
