Did have a small issue with 1 mattress topper. Fabric pucker. Sent Sean and aNancy photos. Kingsdown honored their warranty and Sean delivered new one and replaced original no issues.
Honestly you dont need to look anywhere else. Very pleasant and fair to deal with. Im happy to support a such a hard working local couple.

“Six years ago, my husband and I treated ourselves to a custom mattress from Unique Sleep, and we were extremely happy with our purchase.

Fast forward to the spring of 2026, when I began experiencing back pain. My husband suggested that I sleep on his side of the bed for a few nights to see if the firmer support would help alleviate my discomfort. It did.

Our initial contact was a great experience, so much so that we then went in store to actually try the mattresses and beds out, and where we met Blane, who was fantastic. Blane was knowledgeable, no pressured sales at all, and let us spend probably more time than one would expect to try all the beds until we narrowed down to our choice. He even swapped mattresses onto the base we wanted so we could truly get the full idea of what we were purchasing.
