“My Mother bought Automatic Blinds from Salnek's Barrie location, as they were high end custom window treatments needed for her Condo. We had an issue with one of them, and they provided fantastic support. They gave us the option to have someone come and pick them up, or explained how we could do this ourselves. It was an easy process, and their staff sent us multiple resources including an app to ensure this didn't happen again. “I have been struggling with cloudy water and unexplained low chlorine levels for a few weeks. After a few water tests we still could not figure out why my levels wouldn’t improve, and the water testing employee took me to see a higher-up for advice. She helped us make a specialized plan for my water and gave me advice on products to switch to and when to use them. They both went above and beyond to help me with my situation and I couldn’t be more grateful. Keep up the great work!”

“Over many years we have purchased 5 mattresses. Spare bedroom, kids and mine. Never an issue, always a pleasure to deal with.
Did have a small issue with 1 mattress topper. Fabric pucker. Sent Sean and aNancy photos. Kingsdown honored their warranty and Sean delivered new one and replaced original no issues.
Honestly you dont need to look anywhere else. Very pleasant and fair to deal with. Im happy to support a such a hard working local couple.
