“I love this old navy!! The staff is always super kind, friendly and helpful. The lines are never too long and they usually have the things we need. I had a mixup with an online order where i was sent a mix of incorrect sizing. The online customer service was not helpful so I was forced to go into the store where the staff went above and beyond to try and get exactly what I needed. When they could not find the items, they gave me instructions on how and when to come back or call in for the correct items. It is still an inconvenience for me but I was grateful for how kind and understanding the staff were. I believe her name was Emma Q. She was very pleasant and efficient with helping me. Thank you!”

“We needed a suit for my husband, and although two hours away, we went to this Moores store (Concert Way) because our son had a very good experience here when also looking for a suit. We were not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and Brittaney was absolutely amazing and very helpful. She was very attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for and where to find it in her store. I don't think suit shopping is high on any man's list, but we felt we were in good hands and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this Moores.”
