We visited the Barrie location for the purpose of a funeral and during difficult last minute times Danny was beyond a comfort and provided not just a suit for my son but piece of mind and relief. I wish I had crossed paths with this location 16 years ago when I got married because things would have turned out a lot better for our groomsmen and my husbands suit! I would definitely recommend to anyone !”

“Went in at the very last minute last Thurs on the hunt for a low price black suit jacket, they had a few selections at $30! but then turned around and saw they had an entire rack of suits (jacket & pant) for $120!! had a pretty decent few options, picked up a nice navy blue suit, even had the pant hemmed next door and ready for Fri pickup! Great Service and VERY surprising lower priced options in a good amount of selection! Customer Service was fantastic as well.”

“The Old Navy never fails to surprise me. Being a rather aseasonal shopper I hardly find what I'm looking for. And here comes Old Navy's magic in - I always spot something beautiful I wasn't even looking for. Such as baggy drawstring pants, which were on the clearence rack for half price. I bought two in different colors. Last fall I came across a beautiful linen sport jacket. Not on sale. Bought it anyways. At my recent visit I was cheerfully welcomed by the lovely cashier. That was a pleasant and promising start of my browsing journey. Didn't take long to spot a beautiful topcoat beckoning me to try it on. Perfect fit. Surprise, surprise.... on the clearence rack for half price. Not disappointed for not getting another pair of baggy pants in a different color I left happily with my new topcoat. Of course not before being checked out by beautiful and cheerful Lacy. Her male counterpart turned out to be very helpful too. Great customer care. Looking forward to my next visit to Old Navy and browsing through the vast variety of appealing clothing at mindblowing sales prices...”

I highly recommend this store for urban clothing options. It also have dressing rooms to try on outfits. They also sell great accesseries and perfumes.”

“Isabelle is an amazing associate. So helpful so kind and truly provides wow factor customer service.
I spent 35 mins being spoken to by H and M corporate customer service call line like I was a child. Disgusting attitude towards the stores, sales and promotions through their false advertising .
3 different calls 3 different agents and 3 different answers -
therefore spoke to Barrie location directly and got the exact honest answer in minutes and was spoken to with respect and patience -

Roma helped us and was amazing, she was very professional and very honest if she thought my husband should try a different size or style. Ken the manger was there and helped when asked by Roma.
