I had a great expirence at Princess Auto in Barrie. I came in looking to see if I could get a replacement part. I spoke to the manager, Joe Barberio, he and his team went above and beyond to find a solution for me. I will be sure to go back to Princess Auto in Barrie for help and I recommend everyone else does as well. I have never seen customer service this excellent.Cheers.

Went on a Saturday to pick up a very heavy item, expected long delays and issues but quite the contrary, Rose and the team in customer pickup facilitated the transfer of this item with ease and patience and all with a friendly helpful demeanour, the team at customer pickup was skilled and made this pickup easy especially on a busy Saturday. We did get that item to its destination unscathed thanks to all. Will continue to be a PA Customer as we find good value added purchases.

Getting stuff from here is brutal when it comes to parts missing in their products let alone products lasting. I bought a jack and it barely lasted a few uses before the seal broke.I'm going to start opening boxes at the register so I don't have to make multiple trips back. So frustrating.
