Quickly and efficiently found the size of sweatpants I needed for an exchange. The exchange was very easy with friendly and helpfu salesl associates.

This store had nice service and was clean, typical Roots store. I am quite disappointed in Roots marketing they claim made in Canada but aside from their leather products, everything seems to be made in China. While I will agree the fabrics are better than other brands the prices are unjustifiable.
