“Becker Shoes Barrie are the best. In May this year I bought my first pair of Hoka Speedgoats. It felt like walking on clouds. However, there was only one pair left in just about my size. A very snug fit. Over time I noticed pain on one big toe. Could have been anything. Only by the end of October I realized that the too snug speedgoat caused it. I called in with my problem and Amanda agreed to help me with that.Only problem, my beloved speedgoat had been discontinued. Rae invited me to check the shelve for other options. And there another speedgoat pair was waiting for me just half a size too big. I took it anyways and the exchange was done in a few minutes. They even had my receipt on file. My first test-hike was absolutely pain-free because my toes had enough room now.
That's absolute amaaazing customer service. On other occations Amanda searched other stores to find what I wanted and another lady, whose name I don't recall, even recommended a different store that had the right size of Hoka slides for me.
That is EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
The staff is so welcoming, caring and helpful in any way they can to make their customers happy.
I guess I don't have to disclose where I'm gonna buy my next pair of shoes....and the next....”

“I went into Becker Shoes at Georgian Mall this morning. They have all their winter boots on for half price. I'd been into the other location a couple of days ago, but wasn't able to find anything. I do find the staff at both stores extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. This morning, I had the good fortune to meet Zara (Zahra?); she was so very accommodating and helped me find just the right pair of boots...exactly what I was looking for! She deserves a commendation. She is a wonderful staff member. Thank you! Well done!”

“Was in tanger outlet mall walked out because my husband was treated so badly by a young girl dark hair drlve all the way to barrie and was looked after by a truly very nice girl We spent $350 well done but the other store that girl the way she spoke to him he left very upset. Go and get trained or get another job....if you can”

She was honest on what I tried on, helped me find my size and cashed me out very quick, she attended to me while still making sure other people in the store got help too, cant wait to come back to see her and get help as this was my first time in the store and wont be my last!”

“Had the best shopping experience here ever on black friday. The staff were super friendly and attentive, I had my brother in a wheelchair and the store was super accessible and the few small spots that weren't the staff moved racks to make sure. Its one of the most accessible stores in the mall. Half of the other stores we went to in georgain mall the staff would give the death glare and not even attempt to help . But not champs. The staff is trained soo well and soo polite and friendly and made sure we got to see every area we needed to and more ! Will 100% be coming back again and recommending it to everyone ! They boosted my brothers confidence of being able to shop with his disability after so many stores not being accessible! Thank you soo much to the wonderful staff and all your amazing help!”
