The team and supervisors are knowledgeable and provide incredible help. While one issue was a rare exception over many years, it was resolved satisfactorily. However, the ATMs can be problematic, sometimes eating cards and making deposits or withdrawals impossible after hours or on Sundays, despite appearing damaged. Many customers recommend this branch over others.

Came to bank today was surprised how great and friendly the staff is KANA V B was the one who took care of myself and my son he was amazing and great help. The two supervisors where incredible and I definitely recommend coming to this branch over any other.

Updating my review to reflect that my issue was eventually solved & TD worked to come to a satisfactory solution and sent me a nice card for my trouble. Normally TD has exceptional customer service so I will consider this a one off in my 15 years of business.
