To the team at TD Bayfield. Go across the street to BMO and see how it’s done for after hours ATM. They obviously do care about their customers more than you do and leave the door opened 24/7. Also the phone receptionist ( the youngest one) is not pleasant to talk to. Has no idea , how to greet clients on the phone. Please train your staff to at least say - how can I help you today and not just to wait there for me to start and end the conversation. Very unprofessional.

Christmas Eve and the banks doors are locked. I can’t get to the inside ATMs. I do not have a vehicle and wasn’t standing outside to use the drive thru one because it’s busy and that’s dangerous. Scotia Bank doors were unlocked!! Maybe I’ll switch banks!

Great staff but the ATMs need to be made available. There are two sets of doors and the machine is still eating cards after it looks like it was hit repeatedly. Any deposits or withdrawals from an ATM are impossible after hours or Sundays

Banking here has become such a dam joke. I'm so sick of the hoops I need to jump through just to keep my account. I can't even change my phone number with out having to go in there in person. my phone # was compromised. So wouldn't it make sense to at least let me call in to delete it off my account? Not to these morons. Used to be a 5 star rating. I'm fed up

This location has lots of ATMs inside and a driver through ATM outside. The lines can move slow but the tellers are friendly and helpful.

This branch has horrible customer service. I was waiting for a teller with my toddler, I was the next in line and 3-4 tellers were standing behind the desk and talking. No one made eye contact or acknowledged the people in line. They then closed tellers right at 5pm and now one else came for another 5 minutes. This is terrible service. Talking amongst coworkers when you have a line of people is u nprofessional. I use TD for all my banking needs and its becoming harder and harder to deal with anyone. Very disappointed.

This place is a joke, always used to come to this bank to do my transactions but I switched over to the one by morrow rd, I was waiting In line for 20 mins to do a simple transaction, 3 tellers open and a line almost going out the door, all the tellers were talking about they're life and conversating about non sense, they're was an older lady waiting, sitting in the chair and No one served her, it's like they forgot, she litterly got up and got back in line

I lost 300$ for their unprofessionalism. Telling me after you ask for some service verbally you are supposed to read entire documentation for each step to make sure they did their job correctly because the employee is new! I paid ?? to train your employees! Also i was asked for extra and unnecessary information for transfer which was done without it after. I like TD but this branch. Thanks for AI replacing you soon
