The Ashwood Inn is a quaint and cozy hotel offering very clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, providing a great getaway. Guests describe it as having a comfortable, safe, and good energy, with a feeling reminiscent of a grandparents' cottage. The location is excellent within Bayfield, serving as a convenient base for touring the area, though some note it is a bit out of the way. The on-site restaurant serves fantastic Indian fusion food, described as awesome, amazing, and delicious. Dishes like butter chicken, naan bread, shrimp, spring rolls, and desserts are very well priced and prepared quickly. The dining room features local art and a very interesting front desk in the lobby. The owners and staff are consistently highlighted as wonderful, kind, and the most accommodating, offering great service. They are very helpful with any request. The property has plenty of room, a large outdoor sitting area, and provides all amenities. It also features the only working EV charging station in Bayfield. Overall, the experience exceeds expectations, making it a highly recommended place to stay and dine, where guests feel they have it to themselves and enjoy a fabulous time.

We really loved our stay as a family. It was a great getaway. The place had plenty of room for the kids to play basketball. It was a bit out of the way and pricey on Expedia, but we suggest calling them directly for a better deal.
