“The lady who served me was so helpful and kind.She was helping a mum with a toddler the mum was having a problem with her new card.The man who works there came out and the lady asked for his help.He was condescending and rude to her infront of the customers.There was no need to be rude to the staff when the lady was doing her best to help the mum with the toddler.I felt embarrassed for the shop assistant who was amazingI will think twice before going back to that store again.”
