“Once again, awesome service! Dropped off a Dodge Grand Caravan winter steel tire with a bent rim (pothole probably) two days before Canada Day holiday. Told Taz that I wasn't in a hurry (as it was a winter tire and it was a short work week for them) and that if they had to, to go ahead and replace the rim. Before the end of the same day, he called me back to tell me it was all fixed and that they were able to simply straighten it out. If you're looking for a set of tires (winter/summer) make sure to check them out!”
“Our family (with a 1year old baby) were on a trip from Ottawa to Toronto return in same day. Our battery died in our truck on a Saturday afternoon. When we contacted Mays garage, Jason, a mechanic answered and no hesitation. Told us if we brought a new battery he would change it so we could be on our way. He changed the battery, checked to make sure alternator and everything else was running fine.
Down to earth and considerate. Much appreciated. Rare to find people like this these days.”

“Mid August I was driving my van towards Kingston using the Hoards Rd and the van started to show battery issues. Thankfully within 2 mins of driving I found them. The guy was swamped with work but still took a quick look and told me my alternator is gone. He recommended to CAA to bring it back to my city. To help at least so that I can take it to a nearest CDN Tire (since he was busy), he charged my battery for free for an hour just so I can take everyone in my van and rest in a restaurant and see if canadian tire can quickly get us in(all family members in 7 seater van). Enough battery charge for me to reach to Canadian tire in Cambellford and saved me huge hassle. All these service for free. Guess good people still exist!”
“My fiance and I were travelling from Toronto to Ottawa one Monday evening when the alternator belt let go on on our Jetta. When the belt let go we were about 2 minutes from the Trenton OnRoute so we pulled over to figure out what was going on. This happened at 2am. We were just outside the CAA tow range so we couldnt get a tow anywhere, and everyone we knew couldnt help us because it was the middle of the night. We used google to Forge Automotive which was <5 minute drive from the OnRoute. We got there about 3am and slept in the car, hoping they would help us when they opened up. We ended up getting very lucky to have decided to stop at Forge. They saw us sleeping in our car as they arrived to open the shop. They diagnosed the problem, got the part delivered, fixed the car, and got us back on the road all before about 10am. Forge made a very difficult situation easy, and took care of us without question. We are very thankful for this shop and would reccommend to anyone. Very, very helpful shop if you come into car trouble on the 401, they are located very close to the highway. Thanks again for the help Forge!”

“I'm only giving a 4 star review. Because of the fact, I went for a safety $200. And then had to get front brakes done. PADS And for a set of rotors, it was $258 plus tax for rotors alone. Which blew me away. Total bill was $841. And this is why I usually only go to my mechanic in Oakville. No unexpected work or high cost in parts !!!!I The service was amazing and Great people .I will definitely return they seem very honest”
“This company was highly recommended. I made an appointment for my vehicle issues. They are amazing, prices great, very friendly, very honest. They told me what else my vehicle needed with estimates. Not good remembering names, the lady at the counter is very nice and explains everything. They were able to bring me home while vehicle was being fixed which I very much appreciated. There is no pressure sales which is awesome. Very highly recommend this business for your vehicle needs. Thankyou so much for your excellent service 😊”

“Our car broke down on the way home from Presqu’ile to Ottawa. We pulled over in Trenton and found Action Automotive. Samantha (Sam) at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our plight and while they couldn’t get us in that day, she did everything in her power to get us in soon and directed us to the nearest car rental to get us home to Ottawa. Not only did they fix the problem at a reasonable price, they did it well before they anticipated and got our car back on the road within a couple days. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Sam and how empathetic and helpful she was and if you ever need good service in Trenton, I highly recommend them.”
