“I had an exceptional experience at Giant Tiger thanks to Tammy and her colleague. Tammy was incredibly dedicated and friendly, going out of her way to ensure I found the item I was looking for. Her customer service skills were exemplary and made me feel so important. I was genuinely impressed with their kindness and helpfulness - they are truly the nicest associates I have encountered in stores in a long time. Giant Tiger is fortunate to have such wonderful staff members like Tammy!”

“I needed a right turn signal bulb for my F-150 truck. Searching for the proper bulb was difficult with the aisle computer. I asked for assistance and the CTC employee dropped what he was doing, went to the service desk computer and found the proper bulb for me. I found the service very good and the staff friendly throughout the store. This is one of the best Canadian Tire stores I've ever visited.

We also had a pleasant experience Feb 4, 2026 when we visited the Pro Hockey Life section of this store. My wife purchased some hockey skates from Sport Chek (owned by Canadian Tire) and found them too loose around the ankles after a couple of skating tryouts. The gentleman at the CTC Belleville store said he could help even though she didn't purchase the skates from him. He placed them in the oven for 3 minutes and instructed her to put them on, lace them up tight and site for 20 minutes. All the time he was giving her tips on how to further the process at home. I found this to be extraordinary service and at the end, there was no charge. You can't find service like that very often! Many Thanks!”

“I have been I'm the store twice back to back . I knew nothing about what I was after I got treated so well both days. On my second day with only one staff member working they went above and beyond. Well over 5 dropped phone calls to there manager just to help me with a pre order. Everyone in the store was polite and waited. I was able to get my pre order done no problem I could have done my order on line but the service I received the first day made me return. The second experience I have had will definitely make me speak highly of this store and it staff about the way I was treated so well.

“Vickie Terry, a dog trainer at the Belleville location, is just the absolute best!! I'm so happy I took my Rottweiler puppy, Rosie, for puppy classes. She made the classes fun, and very informative. She has a wonderful laugh and great sense of humour. If you ask her a question, she listens to you and gives her answer, and why. She does not ignore your queries or even having some fun chitchat. I SO wish I could join the intermediate classes with her, but unfortunately the time of day is not suitable for me. Rosie & I really enjoyed having Vickie as a teacher, and I'll do my best to keep her instructions in mind! Thank you, Vickie.????”
