“I haven’t yet written a negative report, so decided to tell about my experience at CCS Industrials instead of its nearby competitor that sent me away for a sale less than $25. They changed to that policy during COVID protocols, and are sticking with it now: profit ahead of service, unless you’re a big enough customer.Counter man at CCS brought out a half dozen bolts from his stock, then patiently explained why those were better suited for my purpose than the package I’d picked up. (He was right, too.?)I guess company ‘B’ won’t miss my business: it’ll be with CCS now that I know they want me, ready to help, and have a great inventory.”

“TSC (still have a hard time calling it Peaveymart... Such a silly name) has some really good deals. My first stop for outdoors clothing. Most staff are knowledgeable, some aren't. But that's normal for experience gaps. I go here several times a year. Love it!”
“Couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Wayne. Our water heater broke under warranty. It was a special order item not stocked by the US manufacturer. Wayne expedited a replacement, coordinated with the plumber for the replacement and worked with the manufacturer to get our refund which was delayed because of the Covid crisis. Thanks to Wayne and Roblin plumbing we were without hot water for a very short time.”
