I took my mother who has very advanced Alzheimer's disease. She is kind of a hot mess, and hard to take out to do anything. We needed to get her some tops and pants. The staff there treated her with such respect and kindness. We got her some tops and bottoms, and she was happy to touch the fabric, and choose her own colours. Really stellar staff, that actually made eye contact with her and treated her like a sane human.

The most friendly staff I've met in a clothing store. Shopping for clothes gives me anxiety and the lady ( with the dark hair ) was absolutely amazing with me even after I felt running out of the store after trying one item . Will be coming back to shop for sure . Thank you ?

not a single staff member took the time to offer assistance, ask what I needed, ask if I found what I was looking for... nothing. there were at least 3 staff and there were maybe 2 customers in the store. service used to be great here. won't be back!

Will not be back to this location. The customer service rep at the front desk was extremely rude. Every Pennington's I've been to has been great. Definitely won't be back to the Belleville location.
