I can honestly say the customer service is definitely some of the best I have ever received in all of my retail shopping experiences. It happened to be the same lady each time I have been in and she is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about my critters. It is a bit out of my way, but I will definitely be going to this location from now on. Thank you Nancy for being such a kind and caring person!

109 Dundas Street East, BellevilleExcellent service, excellent staff, especially the late Nancy. This was our diabetic cat's vet for 8 years. Our disappointment was at the end, not being able to go past the lobby to say goodbye to our beloved pet. I've had two cats before who were euthanized at different vets and I was able to stay with my pets to alleviate fear and say goodbye.

My 12 year old German Shepherd x Jack Russell has mobility issues, and the ladies in little Stinkers treat her with the best quality care I have ever seen. They always make sure my Bobby dog is comfortable and supported while trimming her nails, and are so pleasant to be around! I absolutely will not go anywhere else after this experience, and believe they deserve all the business in the City! Thank you to all the ladies and support at Little Stinkers for making my dogs nail experience the best one she could receive! Bobby and I appreciate you more than you will know! :) 10/10 all the way! Terry got my two dogs in for a grooming pretty quick, and I’m so thankful. We usually do our dog’s grooms at home but with a newborn baby it was too hard. Terry did such a great job with the pups, I will definitely bring our girls back to Pampered Pooch!

The food was excellent and we want to return to try more! Despite being so busy the Servers were friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back and next time we will make a reservation! Would highly recommend.
