“I have been shopping at Global Pet Foods for many years but just recently started going to the Belleville store because I happened to be in the area. I can honestly say the customer service is definitely some of the best I have ever received in all of my retail shopping experiences. It happened to be the same lady each time I have been in and she is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about my critters. It is a bit out of my way, but I will definitely be going to this location from now on. Thank you Nancy for being such a kind and caring person!”

“I absolutely love this store! My pup is obsessed with Skittles the Bird! And seeing Piggy the turtle in pool with way more room then she used to have at other store fills my heart! Seeing Kristie work so hard to create a place that is clean, friendly as well as animals that are well cared for, is awesome to see!”
