I can't say anything regarding the bike service, but the people that helped me were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did not try to get me to buy a more expensive product and recommended what they thought would fit my bike.”

“They will only unload you according to appointment schedule. I had experience with container delivery as there were small boxes inside. They will give you dock right away but don’t cut seal until they told you to do so. Once you back in dock it will take around 1 hour to be empty. Nice and clean restrooms.”
