Whether it’s something simple, something more complicated, or I just have a question, the staff are always there to help and take the time to explain things. They worked on my bike today and even gone the extra mile to make sure everything is safe and running properly, which means a lot to me. Road safety is very important, especially with an e-bike. They recently checked my brake pads and let me know they were getting pretty worn out, so they replaced them for me. Every time I go there, I receive amazing service from everyone on staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure your bike is safe and working properly. “They will only unload you according to appointment schedule. I had experience with container delivery as there were small boxes inside. They will give you dock right away but don’t cut seal until they told you to do so. Once you back in dock it will take around 1 hour to be empty. Nice and clean restrooms.”

“I ordered baseball cleats online after finding it impossible to find them in my son's size. After waiting a week for delivery, when we opened the box there was only 1 shoe! Naturally, I was very annoyed and immediately called customer service. They weren't overly helpful at all, but was trying to not take my frustration out on them . I finally called the closest sport check location and they were very helpful. I was connected with the shoe department manager Jenn, who was very accommodating and listened to my concerns and empathized with how frustrating this whole situation was. Long story short, she refunded my money, found the long lost missing shoe and is having it shipped to the store for me. The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
