“I switched to this Pharmacy today after realizing that the pharmacy I was using was overcharging for prescriptions. I never realized that pharmacies could charge whatever they wanted for prescriptions but after doing some research I found that out. The pharmacy that I was previously using charged me $96.33 for my prescription after using my drug plan. I called Sunset Pharmacy for an estimate on the same prescription. They gave me an estimate of $40.52 without using my drug plan. the gentleman that took my call was absolutely amazing, he took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient.
I highly recommend for people to call around for better drug pricing and I highly recommend they call Sunset Pharmacy”

“Steve and the other pharmacist Save the Day. I was with a friend who is bipolar and forgot his medication at home. If you know anybody with that Health concern you know I missed dose could be the end of the world. This friend was under a lot of stress buying a house and all kinds of deal fall through issues so for getting the meds at home with a super duper horrible stressor. Steve made it all go away. You went above and beyond what a pharmacist normally does. I live in Toronto and I don't experience any pharmacist that go above and beyond like the team here at this Pharmacy. Even the products on the shelves were reasonably priced. We also needed an eye mask and it was 10 79 where is on Amazon it was 999. Definitely worth the money”

“10 outta 10 would recommend!!! This small pharmacy is run by a wonderful pharmacist! She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the health, safety and satisfaction of her customers. The pharmacy is a small hidden gem here. While the store seems bare bones, no shelves of overpriced merchandise (looking at you Shoppers!). The pharmacist is willing to order in certain items that one would normally purchase while picking up their perscriptions, like meal shakes, etc, but this pharmacy's focus is mainly on filling prescriptions, fair prices, and treating her customers like human beings who deserve care, respect, instead of treating customers like walking dollar signs their to be ripped off for maximum profits, (looking at you again Shoppers). In summation I can't express positively enough this pharmacy to the public. Please dont come to this pharmacy with a bad, self centered attitude. This is a place for kindness, empathy, fairness, and mutual respect if we are to keep this pharmacy the gem that it is, in a world crumbling to selfish ideologies, cancel culture vultures, This pharmacy remains a place that can restore one's faith in humanity, one prescription at a time.”

Every time I come in to pick up a prescription or just grab some over the counter medication, Eiman always takes the time to greet me by name and takes a real genuine interest in how I’m doing. She is an amazing pharmacist and takes exceptional care of me.”

“The sweetest woman (I didn’t get her name sadly) was working the makeup counter today around 10:30pm, her kindness really meant a lot after a long day. She also offered to have someone walk me out due to some sketchy people out front (they got there as I did, I believe security/police were on the way still as this isn’t too regular of an occurrence at this location), and I noticed her comforting some other young women who had entered the store a bit shaken up by it. If you’re worried about late night shopping due to the city, you’ll be just fine here! The store itself was also very clean and well kept, definitely the Shoppers I would choose within the area. I’ve had plenty of good experiences at this Shoppers, this one just pushed me to finally leave a review.

Jeff and Natasha are the team to beat, you never wait, and unfortunately I am on a lot of medications but that being said Jeff has always answered my questions, given advice and always makes sure I understand what I am taking. The personal attention that both Jeff and Natasha put into making customers happy is amazing as well as always putting his customers first!
