“First time ever having to request a tow. CAA dispatched IB Towing. The driver Doug was simply amazing. Polite, professional, experienced and very friendly. And a nice looking flatbed truck too. They are lucky to have such a terrific employee. It was a stressful day and Doug sure helped us feel much better knowing he was taking care of us and our truck. Thank you very much. “Called them around noon Thursday said he could check out the car around 2 went there at 1 mechanic took it for a ride like 5 minutes after I got the brought the car back in the garage up on the hoist and 2 mechanics going over it told me what I need cars ok to drive right now. Like WOW talk about efficiency and service I've never had service like that anywhere ever thoroughly impressed I'll be back to get the parts put on at Brunos for sure”

“Very happy with our tow and driver. Helped us right away. They had to drive to Elliot lake for our tow to Spragge and was $150 cheaper than AC towing here in Elliot Lake. Figure that one out! We will call them again if the need arises. It was nice to not be ripped off like the first tow from AC towing. Thank you Jessie’s!!!”
