“Really enjoyed our stay here! The house is adorable (built in 1860 if I recall correctly) and the hosts went out of their to ensure our comfort. This place is tucked away from the very busy areas of town and there are nice walking trails nearby. A perfect quiet spot. Can't say enough good things -- highly recommend :). Oh and I recommend the breakfast! There were tones of homemade options!”

“Our room was absolutely immaculate! My partner and I don't believe we have ever stayed in a place so spotless and pristine before. Kudos to your housekeeping team! Love the hardwood floors (I have learned I dislike carpeted hotel rooms) but that does some with noise! You can hear neighboring rooms if they are a little rambunctious. Check in was fine as it was self serve. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay of 2 days so we never really interacted or spoke with any staff. Location-wise, you're right in the heart of the town with lots of food options around and cute little stores to browse. There's a parking space for your room in the lot behind the building which was nice as we didn't have to worry about finding and paying for parking. I would definitely return here if I'm visiting Prince Edward County again.

Rooms: Big! Great beds. Super clean. Loved the shower.

“Although I did not get the opportunity to stay at the Picton Harbour Inn yet. I will be re-booking with the hotel in the near future. The service I experienced with the staff was outstanding. My son fell sick last minute and the staff and management genuinely showed there love and support to my family and I. They went above and beyond what they had to do. “WOW. Our New Year’s Eve stay at the Lakeside property was nothing short of incredible! We stayed in Whalf House, one of their larger properties, and it completely exceeded every expectation. The house was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Every detail had clearly been thought through, making the whole experience feel luxurious, comfortable, and effortless.

The setting was breathtaking, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Brian deserves a special mention—he went above and beyond at every opportunity and genuinely made us feel looked after from start to finish. His care, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.
